Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of Kansas City, a DH Pace Company, aspires to hire an experienced Outside Commercial Sales Representative in our Olathe, Kansas office to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers in our commercial market. Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of overhead doors and commercial entry doors and service


• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales


• Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Kansas City and surrounding areas


• Meet with  existing  and  prospective  customers,  assess  customers’  needs,  and  sell technical and mechanical goods and services

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience


• Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task


• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems


• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License
