The Fred Beans Family of Dealerships is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Title Clerk Trainee at our Ford Accounting Office in Doylestown, PA. This position is full time- Monday through Friday.

The Title Clerk Trainee will be responsible for handling legal transfer documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. The Title Clerk Trainee will have the opportunity to advance within a growing accounting department.
Duties and responsibilities of the Title Clerk Trainee include, but are not limited to, the following:

Train to process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
Ensure that online registration is timely and within state guidelines.
Maintain state mandated filing guidelines for dealerships
Submit all transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
