As part of the Global Alternatives Division, J.P. Morgan Private Credit manages over USD 10 billion in assets across corporate and asset-based lending solutions. In addition, J.P. Morgan Private Credit has recently launched a Direct Lending strategy to capitalize on growing demand for capital by private corporations as well as increasing interest from institutional investors. The newly formed business will look to originate loans to sponsor and non-sponsor backed companies. The team is looking to raise external capital and invest across senior, unitranche and mezzanine opportunities in the United States.
Opportunity:
The opportunity is to join a newly formed Private Credit team as a credit analyst.
Requirements:
The business is seeking a New York based analyst with experience in financial valuation and / or credit analysis. The candidate must have a strong work ethic, and be a self-starter who is able to work independently and is also comfortable being part of a larger team. The candidate will work with all members of the team (CIO, other analysts, legal & compliance partners, operations team) to collaborate on a finished product to drive risk decisions, source investing ideas as well as analysis required for the initial formation and fund raising of the business.
