Position purpose:
The 4A's Foundation Program Manager for MAIP/Educational Programs reports directly to the Foundation's Director. In this role, you would be responsible for developing, enhancing and implementing effective strategies to ensure the success of the MAIP Alumni Association and Educational Programs, which include engagement with two high schools in NYC, MECA (Manhattan Early College for Advertising) and IAM (School for Innovation in Advertising and Media). As the direct liaison between agencies and interested partners and the 4A's Foundation's MAIP Alumni and Education Programs, you will require exceptional account management and communication skills. In addition to program strategy,development and outreach, you will collaborate on new projects, budgeting and data management and reporting needs.

Responsibilities:
MAIP Alumni Program
Oversee the strategy, implementation, outreach and management of the MAIP Alumni Association.
Manage and maintain the MAIP Alumni database including tracking and maintenance of existing data, recommending enhancements and improvements when appropriate. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to 4A's TEI team and 4A's Foundation Board. Oversee Agency and Partner relationships to drive MAIP Alumni engagement, lead engagement across MAIP Summit and the Face of Talent - Society of Excellence Evening Reception.
Track and monitor agency job postings as well as MAIP Alumni Fee payments.
Establish and maintain a process for managing logistics of all projects/programs, including but not limited to Alumni outreach emails, Google event forms, MAA Newsletter and Alumni job postings and applications.
Staff and supervise MAIP Alumni events/info sessions as required Create post event evaluations and compile insights for reporting
Work closely with MAIP Alumni Council (MAC) to assist with strategy and ensure deliverables are met. Partner with 4A's Foundation Project Manager to conduct industry/market research and analysis to improve initiatives and drive strategy.
Partner with Foundation Integrated Content Designer to develop marketing campaigns and digital communications (social media, 4A's Foundation website, and email)
Education Programs
Support Foundation Education Programs through biweekly school visits/calls/meetings to further strengthen partnerships with both MECA and iAM.
Provide support to CTE staff and teachers, identify industry immersion opportunities, develop a deep understanding of each school's challenges and best practices. Coordinate and plan agency visits and workshops with partner agencies
Identify, recruit, and coordinate industry professionals/mentors to visit to the schools
Provide feedback and coaching to students participating in advertising competitions and presentations, as needed
Attend MECA Steering Committee quarterly meetings and contribute and advise school on industry trends and themes that have an impact on school administration's decisions
Attend quarterly Media, Technology and Design Commission meetings in compliance with CTE industry partner requirements
Attend any trade meetings or seminars related to youth education in NYC and industry talent development (i.e. ANA Talent Forward Alliance academia/student sessions)
Meet with DOE, CUNY, and CTE partners as needed in the improvement and assessment of program quality and curriculum development
Coordinate High School Interns to be placed the 4A's for Fall, Spring and Summer sessions and secure 4A's sponsored funding for internships for both MECA and iAM
Develop and manage intern group project for each internship cohort; provide coaching and development to students assigned to the 4A's
Assist MECA and iAM with work-based learning internship placements by conducting outreach to agencies and key partners to host and support intern professional development.

Qualifications and Capabilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years agency/industry experience a preference
Education experience preferred but not essential
Excellent project management, time management and administrative skills
Proven track record of building trust, with particular understanding of engaging with multigenerational audiences.
Excellent written skills, experience in public relations or marketing copywriting a plus
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Drive
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Ability to travel and work overtime hours
