In this role, you'll oversee and coordinate the project management work associated with the successful and timely introduction of new products and any changes to existing products, labels, or displays. You'll have a significant economic impact on the company's profitability by impacting the determination of new product commercialization timelines and the development new product Cost of Goods. You'll:
•Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, legal, package engineering, logistics, etc.) to deliver completed projects on-time •Establish project schedules and coordinating all activities associated with new product development and product change •Provide accountability action items and follow-up for all project commercialization meetings •Create and Route all finished goods specifications in Master Document Control

You'll succeed because...

...you've a unique combination of technical, leadership and business skills. You have:
•Successful track record of bringing new products to commercialization successfully •Project Management experience with new product development preferred •BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar •Stage Gate experience preferred. Microsoft Project experience preferred •Result focus/goal-oriented. Must be highly motivated and creative at solving issues regarding the project
