The Role

Reporting to Korn Ferry Digital’s (KFD) NA Client Success and Advocacy Leader, the Client Success Executive is an active and visible executive for a few selected top clients with large Korn Ferry Digital engagement, drive successful deployments for large scale multi-dimensional implementations, ensure product adoption, value delivery and client health in strong collaboration with Advisory Consulting, Marquee account leaders and RPO to foster a unified engagement approach for One Korn Ferry; create client advocates and proof points across the Korn Ferry Digital Product suite.

The Client Success Executive will serve as a ​trusted partner for all KFD solution-based services and be responsible for all KF Digital delivery matters and client health – pulling in solution, delivery and support teams as needed​.  S/he will provide strategic guidance for pro-active risk management and oversee integrated issues and risk registers across all projects.

Key Accountabilities


  • Be the senior point of contact and trusted partner for all KFD solution-based services, creating customer value and simplicity across all lines of business. ​

  • Create and own multi-tier governance model aligned to client structure, oversight for all Digital delivery aspects to ensure client health – in alignment with KF and client partners ​

  • Ensure a consistent engagement approach, quality, standards and apply the client success methodology across all projects and multi-solution delivery engagements

  • Identify business improvement and innovation potential and assist in aligning technology with business strategy​

  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by coordinating cross-functional teams and deploying digital solutions that will create an exceptional customer experience.​

  • Develop proof points for multi-solution digital engagements, drive adoption and develop client advocates​

  • Manage client expectations through the delivery process balancing the need to delight the client and manage scope

  • Work closely with the core delivery team to coach, mentor, support, influence and troubleshoot issues

  • Align with Product development on roadmap commitments and ensure successful integration​

  • Ensure a high level of consistency of client engagement in a truly collaborative model across Global Account leaders, Advisory Consulting, KF Digital Delivery and Product Management

  • Contribute to and support the account strategy

  • Grow existing accounts through strong relationship management identifying growth opportunities and act as a trusted advisor, building partnerships with all key players

Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree required. Relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of complex business to business experience with emphasis on client success engagement for sophisticated business services and solutions to leading corporations.

  • 5+ years of SaaS-based solutions experience

  • Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry

  • Demonstrates management and delivery experience with complex cross LOB and multi-national collaboration ​

  • Demonstrates high business acumen, develops business relationships and the ability to act as trusted advisor to C-levels​

  • Has a proven experiences in large scale engagement delivery, program management and client success roles​

  • Understands the value points and functionality for KF Digital solutions.​

  • Aligns resources for successful implementation of product services, support and product management

  • Understand the leadership and organizational issues faced by C-Suite (or equivalent) executives, with ability to engage as a peer, act as a trusted advisor and place proposed services in their business situation or context

  • Demonstrated sales and account management experience with complex, regional and/or international engagements

  • Has a high learning agility, situational awareness, is comfortable with ambiguity and a strong influencer
