The eCommerce Manager is co-owner in the delivery of revenue targets and establishing the .com experience as the pinnacle expression of the brand. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, eCommerce -- overseeing the eCommerce business for HOKA Canada as part of the North American plan while also managing the in-season implementation of GTM plans for the entire region. The position sits on a team comprised of in-season trading, digital content development, site optimization, and data analysis roles. This team is the primary owner of the website sales funnel from entry to cart and is savvy in driving conversion and optimizing the consumer journey onsite. Results will require cross-functional alignment and unification in strategy across all areas of the business from technology, digital marketing, planning + buying, to brand teams.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
1. Relationship Management
Manages a team of eCommerce onsite merchandisers
key partner with brand, content, UX, and analyst team members
Responsible for clear organizational focus on meeting and exceeding the expectations of the brands and DTC while fostering deeper relationships with the consumer together the Sr. Manager
2. Project Management
Meets with stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure the delivery of projects are on time and meet initial scope
Assists in the ownership and grooming of product backlogs and intaking customer demand into the backlog
User Acceptance Test (UAT) all GTM experiences/tasks completed by product team
Clearly measures, manages and reports to the Sr. Manager on the status of projects for the sites
Propose site enhancements via business case submission to remain competitive in the marketplace and cultivate revenue; these business cases will be valued at quarterly valuing meetings
3. Product Management
Oversight of onsite product merchandising strategy
Maintains advanced knowledge of online content organization systems, image libraries, brand objectives, development needs and other creative functions to ensure exceptional usability and digital medium presentations
Contributor to innovation efforts and long-term program regarding site enhancements
Contribute to A/B testing efforts
Manage personalization / segmentation tests; report and share findings regularly with the Sr. Manager and stakeholders
Stay current with the latest ecommerce trends and technology to maintain engagement in the digital world
Owns management of eCommerce third party resources; accountable for maximizing the full potential of these tools across the team
4. GTM Management
Accountable for the effective implementation of seasonal Na eCommerce GTM plans set forth by the Sr. Manager
Shapes, implements, and manages eCommerce GTM plans for Canada
Partner with the Sr. Manager in the development, documentation, and visual communication of consumer journey’s onsite; leverages these plans to contribute to GTM plans, personalization + segmentation strategies, and overall site optimization
Manage GTM communications to product team, eComm marketing, brand, Distribution Center, Call Center staff, and other key stakeholders
Maintain clear communication channels across cross-functional teams at all time
Maintain weekly and monthly GTM calendars and communication for various stakeholder groups
Manage reviews of site plans/creative with key eComm stakeholders
5. Performance / Reporting
Responsible for reporting on overall site performance including: sales, spend, and merchandising usability
Sales goals are based upon the annual ecommerce budget for the brand’s performance
Spend is defined as managing the costs of all assets required for site usability and presentation that directly impact ecommerce such as internal labor, external agencies, technology, etc
Usability is quantified through customer interaction data and marketing metrics
Merchandising is quantified through customer interaction data and site metrics
Identifies, evaluates, tests, recommends, and implements changes to GTM both in-season and through pre-season planning milestones based on the above trending data
Manage in-season decisions to react to business demands and take advantage of site optimization opportunities in real time
Facilitate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, calling out successes, learnings, actionable insights, risk and mitigation plans in partnership with the Sr. Manager
Leverage data analysis to identify areas of opportunity; ensure learnings drive comp experiences the following year
Who You Are
Strong Communicator; process-oriented, detail-oriented; able to flourish in fast-pace environments.

3+ years of experience in related field
Experience working with various project management tools and communications tools preferred
Familiarity/experience with agile work environments and scrum processes a plus
Ability to allocate resources, measure productivity, identify issues in advance, and problem-solve
Online experience and knowledge of web design, site functionality, and /or digital marketing and experience in a branded product environment
Estimating, budgeting, and reporting abilities
Consumer-focused mindset
Experience in segmentation and personalization strategies
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel
Industry knowledge of creative design practices and UX/UI trends
