Job Expectations: Job Summary This position exists to develop future leaders through a two-year rotation program internal to Bank Operations. Experience will be developed through assignments and projects of high value, skill specific learning opportunities including work experience, relationship, and formal training elements.
Essential Functions This 2-year program offers extensive training in analytics, project management, leadership, communication, systems, and front-line production management by rotating through assignments across the division. This program exists to develop future leaders with experience to be developed through assignments of high value, skill specific learning opportunities including work experience, relationships, and formal training elements. The trainee will report to a Bank Operations senior manager and have extensive exposure to leaders across the division based on assignments.
Work Schedule - Full Time, 40 hours per week. - Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. - Location: Downtown Kansas City, 811 Main Building.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities - Self-starter with professional presence and some leadership experience. - A desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, agile environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products required. - Ability to learn and use various operational systems to support assignments. - Excellent oral, written and communication skills including presentation experience. - Ability to work with a diverse set of resources and internal business partners. - Ability to manage projects of various size and complexity by meeting commitments and deliverable expectations. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong time management skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills. - This position will prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for senior leaders and will interact with senior leaders both formally and informally.
Education/Experience - Bachelor's Degree in a business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Time Type: Full time
