Job Description:

Senior Geospatial Data Engineer – You will be working with the Engineering team to ensure engineering team is extracting maximum value from aerial imagery. 

Experience, skills, and attributes:

• Strong project management skills 


• Experience with applied machine learning models.


• Possess understanding of ML Model labeling data,  training a model,  verification of results, etc.

• Applied machine learning experience (deep learning models on aerial imagery)


• Programming experience (python, C++)


• Geospatial experience (proficient in ArcGIS Pro, QGIS)


• Ability to program script python, shell,  etc.  and understand and effectively use API calls.


• Creative around new technological solutions to solving complex problems.


• The ability to understand complex problems and break them down into their underlying constituents.

This role would partly support ongoing work with external vendors and partly support additional internally focused initiatives (custom fixed-wing flights at client locations, drones, mapping, etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5  years experience with ArcGIS

• 5 years experience with Python and C++


• 5 years experience with Applied machine learning experience (deep learning models on aerial imagery)
