Jr. Developer

LinTech Global is seeking a Jr. Developer to support the Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM).

Job Duties

• Provide timely resolution of any pre- and/or post-go-live GFEBS-SA/DAI functional and/or configuration issues.


• Provide technical support, customer service, and maintenance of existing legacy systems, other financial applications, systems, interfaces to other financial applications/systems and databases, and provide financial quality assurance, administrative and functional support, as identified by the command.


• Provide support for web and general programming in SQL, VB script, CGI script, JavaScript, HTML, any language targeting .NET, Cold Fusion, and Oracle.


• Provide support for existing FM toolset developed with MS Office technology.


• Develop, maintain and enhance specialized workflow tools in support of the personnel assessment processes and support of strategic mission local tools to assist in the management of budget and contract information local tools to improve day to day operational efficiency.


• Establish and maintain files and/or job aides pertaining to process, programs and personnel in SharePoint. Identify and assist any potential enterprise management and internal control vulnerabilities resulting from GFEBS/DAI operations.


• Monitor and report on impact of GFEBS/DAI software upgrades/modifications and process changes and the effect those changes will have on Enterprise business operations as well as propose necessary remedial action by the enterprise. Provide financial quality assurance, administrative and functional support, as identified by the command and its customers.


• Document and/or update existing documentation to conform to DoD Financial Management Regulation 7000.14-R to fully document and accredit the command and its customers financial systems as necessary.

Requirements:

• BS/BA Degree or years equivalent in computer science, information systems, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.


• Minimum of 6 years of general experience of which at least 4 years are specialized to include Microsoft Solutions Expert.


• Minimum three years of experience in SharePoint, SQL, and Oracle, with proven hands-on ability to program in VB script, CGI script, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, Cold Fusion.


• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
