Job Description:

Department: Depot

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 5:45 am - 2:15 pm

Must be able to work overtime when needed.

Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assists the Technical Supervisor in planning and communicating work assignments
* Performs repairs on all product categories independently following written work instructions
* Provides technical guidance to lower level technicians and other departments
* Assists Technicians in meeting performance and safety goals
* Assists with product evaluations
* Provides direction to other Repair Depot staff in support of the repair operations
* Communicates issues to the technical management team
* Inspects a unit's condition to determine repairable or non-repairable damage
* Follows written procedures to determine unit performance
* Performs complex repair on units and firmware upgrades
* Performs final testing to confirm repair results
* Accesses and use diagnostic programs
* Performs assigned work while maintaining efficiency and quality standards
* Performs electronic and/or mechanical adjustments using specialized test equipment
* Performs training for other employees
* Creates and validates test and repair procedures
* Reviews and approve parts replacement and unit status
* Performs data entry tasks using available reporting systems
* Tracks and reports production and labor information
* Accurately maintains records

Relationship Management
* Builds strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.
