This position


The Partner Success Architect plays an increasingly critical role in helping DocuSign's top SI Partners elevate their technical competency and mature their practice around the DocuSign Agreement Cloud. The Partner Success Architect must develop core competencies in the DocuSign Agreement Cloud and work closely with our Professional Services, Product and Support teams to extend that knowledge. The Partner Success Architect works directly with our SI Partners through workshops and webinars, as well as creating best practices content that can be shared more broadly to our SI Partner ecosystem.


The Partner Success Architect is also responsible for helping shape our SI Partners own enablement paths, both directly and through our DocuSign University, to ensure the Partner consultants are prepared for both the required accreditations and the challenging DocuSign Agreement Cloud projects.


This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders (internally and externally) both orally and in writing. In addition, the Partner Success Architect must be able to drive conversations and decisions across many of our internal organizations such as Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Sales and Business Development.


This position is remote and reports to the Director, Partner Success.



Responsibilities
* Identify and accelerate development of Architect candidates at Partner Practices
* Work with Partners to evolve and elevate their consultant enablement paths
* Broaden and Deepen our SI Partners' understanding of the DocuSign Agreement Cloud and what challenges the various solutions address
* Work with Partners to support the build DocuSign Agreement Cloud Practices across all partner roles
* In conjunction with Professional Services, develop and communicate DocuSign Agreement Cloud best practices in written, webinar and workshop formats
* Develop and maintain technical proficiency on the DocuSign Agreement Cloud products
* Work across DocuSign organizations to ensure the Partners and our mutual Customers are receiving the visibility and support they require


Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Com Sci, Engineering or equivalent in work experience
* 12+ years of experience in sales engineering, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent supporting enterprise partners or accounts


Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with/for SAAS system integrator or technology consulting companies and understand the business dynamics
* Experience with digital transformation (technology, operations, finance, and organization)
* Experience implementing workflow/BPM software
* Experience with DocuSign Agreement Cloud Products (eSignature, DocuSign CLM, Insight)
* Experience developing Salesforce solutions
* Experience in developing and driving enablement programs
* Experience in a variety of programming languages, including C#, Java, HTML, CSS, javascript, jQuery, SQL and Web services (REST/SOAP) development and integration
* Excellent communication and presentation skills that will promote trust and clarity; record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels
* Adept at leading change and achieving meaningful outcomes at the executive level; evangelizing skills to both technical and business executives
* Ability to interpret business problems and technical issues and effectively explain how DocuSign Agreement Cloud solutions align with those requirements
* Ability to work in fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
* Willingness to travel to customer or DocuSign sites
