Process Engineers/ Process Modelers are at the heart of creating successful newsystems. At Garver, our Process Engineers support thesystemconcept, architecture, and design. We gather and analyze information from a variety of sources (Subject Matter Experts, documentation, and technical) to create business process models.
Garver is looking for aProcess Engineerto support public infrastructure planning and design. We anticipate the role will include the following responsibilities:
Support process engineering for transportation, water, aviation, and other Garver projects.
Translate subject matter expert and stakeholder discussion into process flows and procedures.
Facilitate the project management support of the development of Process Models.
Serve as a modeling subject matter expert and point of contact to support all stakeholders.
Know when to escalate process issues and seek resolutions.
Provide regular status updates to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Establish timelines and report regularly on progress, obstacles, and execution.
Facilitate process workshops in small and large groups.

Requirements
The successful candidate for this role with Garver will possess the following minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree with demonstrated experience to support life-cycle development of public infrastructure projects
6 or more years of similar experience in Business Process Modeling methodologies
Demonstrated organizational skills
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office software.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn
Travel may be required with occasional overnight
Preferred Skills
Master's degree
Working knowledge in Visio
Previous experience in consulting engineering with a primary focus on infrastructure projects
Experience leading coordination among teams
Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

using and developing process simulation software to work out the best production methods
