Overview: S4 Inc. employees selected for this position will be supporting USSTRATCOM in creating and maintaining accurate and timely current and long-term all-source intelligence to satisfy requirements for Indications and Warnings (I&W), Situational Awareness (SA), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE), and Target Systems Analysis levied by the USSTRATCOM planning and operational communities

Specific Duties: In this position you will be responsible for:
Support the planning, development, execution, and analysis of joint exercises and wargames
Assist in the development, coordination, and management of the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to track key actions and deliverables
Assist with the planning and development of Concept Development Conferences, Initial Planning Conferences, Mid-planning Conferences, Final Planning Conferences, and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) Synchronization Conferences.
Develop Master Scenario Events and exercise injects to accomplish training objectives
Prepare, publish, distribute, and archive Joint Exercise documents as determined by the joint exercise or wargame lead planner and Branch Chief

Skills: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with clients and vendors, demonstrated technical leadership skills, good verbal and written communication skills. Have a solid understanding of the design of complex databases (e.g., schema and subschema details) so limitations/deficiencies can be identified.

Qualifications:
Active current Top Secret+ security clearance
Seven years of experience working with U.S. Government Interagency functions or processes OR five years of hands-on experience analyzing and synthesizing multiple interagency products such as reports, meeting minutes, speech transcripts...
Prior experience with a non-DoD government agency such as State Department, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, etc. highly desired.
