Job Responsibilities:
Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and NCE locations
Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety & vehicle readiness using the Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report
Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight limitation
Filling orders in support of delivery routes
Other warehouse duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:
Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Pro-active and self-motivated mindset
Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy
Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems
Good oral & written communication skills
Team oriented
Safety aware and oriented
Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities
Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service
Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment
Valid driver's license
Ability to obtain badge access to various locations, including Boeing and commerce ports
Proof of clean driving record with no major infractions within last 3-5 years
Current DOT Medical Examiners Card, or ability to obtain one upon hire
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (75+ lbs.)
Driving delivery vehicle with a GVW under 15,000 lbs.
Warehouse environment
Ability to operate a forklift
Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance
