The primary responsibility of technicians is to efficiently and effectively diagnose and repair medium duty Ford trucks. We are committed to your growth by providing the training and tools necessary to succeed in the Heavy Truck world.
What You Do:
Complete alignments on all Heavy and Medium duty trucks
Test drive vehicle before and after repairs on made to verify concern is completed
Complete maintenance and light repair work; brakes, LOF, lights, filters, etc.
Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further repairs are needed or recommended.
Document in detail, work performed on repairs.
Keep abreast of manufacturer bulletins and training as required.
Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Other duties to meet business requirements.
What You Bring:
Graduation from a diesel/heavy truck tech program preferred
At least three years of on the job experience as a heavy/medium truck technician preferred
Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
Ability to work on a team setting
LicensesRequired
B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days
Physical demands
Bend, twist, kneel, crouch, work overhead
Lift to 70 pounds
