Carolinas Grout Pros is looking for a new team member that is looking for long term employment only. We specialize in tile and grout steam cleaning, sealing, caulking and grout repair in showers, floors, tub surrounds and backsplashs. 99% of the work for this position is indoors. We mostly service mid to high range valued homes. Candidate must be motivated to perform quality work. We are willing to train the right candidate but any experience with tile, grout or caulking would be a huge plus. Applicant must be able to work in smaller areas (showers) and be able to work on floor areas with no physical issues preventing them from completing work in a timely manner as well as time management skills and being able to complete work without having someone standing over them. Ultimately after being trained you would drive our work van from your home to the job for that day and complete the tile and grout cleaning job while interacting with the customer and providing high quality/professional appearance, experience and finish product for the customer. You would then drive the work van back to your home. Fuel expenses are covered. Keeping the work van cleaned, organized and inventoried is very important. Candidate must have great attention to detail and a good driving record/license. Starting pay to be determined based on experience, ability to learn and retain information.
