We have a new opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join our team. This individual will own and manage the collection process for all business under CPA Services.
Responsibilities:

Review the delinquent status for CPA Services, ensuring that all delinquent account holders are contacted through telephone calls, letters and/or personal visits
Responsible for all collections efforts
Provide leadership with reports detailing collection and collection related activities
Communicate directly with clients to ensure bills are paid through timely payments
Set and achieve total collection goals
Understand and follow established company policies and procedures to collections and all internal finance operations
