Program Overview

Dentsply Sirona's Sales & Marketing Early Career Rotational Program is designed for high-performing, current or recent undergraduate & graduate-level students to ignite their careers while also cultivating:



  • a strong skill set in the fundamentals of driving demand through a customer insight-centric, data-driven, and consultative approach to medical device sales & marketing;


  • an understanding of the systemic link between oral health and whole body;


  • a deep working knowledge of DS' solutions by working on multiple of DS' procedural-focused brands;



  • and commercial leadership abilities.

During this 24-month rotational program, you will be an integral member of our commercial organization and with your responsibilities varying by assignment including:



  • Sales: Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers while identifying practice needs (in-person and remotely).Execute our commercial business strategies by providing the practice solutions within our brand portfolio to address practice needs and streamline clinical workflows. Engage with team members on cross-selling opportunities.


  • Marketing: collaborate with various functions within DS as well as DS' partners to develop & support brand strategies to ultimately delight customers and drive value for DS. Marketing-specific functions range from brand marketing to marketing communications to customer marketing to enterprise program management to strategic pricing to customer insights.

Upon the start of each rotational assignment, appropriate training will be administered by internal & external resources. Training courses will provide overviews of the various functions within Dentsply Sirona and follow a robust and interactive curriculum. This will facilitatethe development of rotation program participants on key competencies such as problem-solving, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork and leadership. In addition to on-the-job training, participants will be assigned a mentor who will provide ongoing coaching and feedback, setting the foundation for success.

At the conclusion of this 24-month, participants will have gained the knowledge and skills to confidently thrive in a variety of functional roles throughout Dentsply Sirona via:



  • Demonstrated results in multiple functions and a diverse Dentsply Sirona knowledge base to accelerate career path



  • Access to world-class leadership team, providing people development and network building through servant leadership & mentorship


  • DS-sponsored ongoing business skill development


  • Essential communication skill-building through experiential practice of clear and concise customer messaging, leveraging the value of DS solutions and the language of dentistry

Qualifications/ Requirements



  • Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degrees from an accredited institution required; business and other relevant degrees preferred (graduation date of 2017 or later)


  • Minimum GPA 3.0


  • Thoughtful, team-first mentality


  • Patient and customer-centric mindset


  • High degree of integrity and ethics



  • Demonstrated leadership experience


  • Ability to temporarily relocate within the United States for rotational assignments


  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
