Job Description:

Position Summary: This position will be responsible for providing high volume, full life-cycle recruitment & other various HR tasks to support our Operations Executives for hourly staffing in the Lake Tahoe area. The role will entail administering the recruiting process from posting requisitions through onboarding, which includes creating job postings, active and passive candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, preemployment checks, scheduling interviews, compliance, extending offers and follow up after hire. You will be traveling different locations through out the system in the Lake Tahoe area.

Experience and Qualifications: Experience with high volume recruiting in multiple disciplines, Proven ability in active and passive candidate sourcing & relationship building. Provide excellent customer service and computer skills including Microsoft Office products, other web-based software, HRIS software and ATS systems. Have effective oral and

written communication, interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to work and foster teamwork with various groups within the company and work independently. Working knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Detail-oriented and results driven. Ability to maintain confidentiality in human resource work. Have a working knowledge of payroll practices. Create a positive hiring experience for all new hires.
