Responsibilities may include any combination of the following job tasks for our Newark & AMR Offices:
Provide quality and timely reproduction of all materials submitted by customers. This includes but is not limited to printing (press and wide format), binding/finishing, drilling, cutting, trimming, folding, mounting, and laminating (small and wide format).
Operate various digital, high-speed copiers. This includes ability to program brochures, booklets, index tabs, business cards, varying paper weights
Non-technical maintenance of the copiers and finishing equipment
Prepare materials for mailing including addressing, stuffing envelopes and making labels
Complete job tickets with minimum instructions
Troubleshoot jams and perform normal key operator preventative maintenance on machines
Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels
Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommend technical direction
Keep accurate meter reads when required
Participate in cross training and perform other duties assigned
Act as "Key Operator" for the fleet of MFD's in SVC.
Work to develop print and design service for the AMR region
Technical Qualifications:
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to the changing, fast growth environment in meeting customer expectations.
Strong people skills.
Lifting up to a maximum of 25 lbs. or the maximum allowed by current State law with or without accommodation.
Physical demands with activity or condition requiring a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine. Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, with the ability to create and edit.
Working knowledge of the Fiery System.
Experience with DSF (Digital Storefronts)
Experience / Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
12 months related experience and/or training
