The General Manager of Operations is responsible for allproduction departments in our Grove City, OH location. This position manages allactivitiesassociated with establishing production schedules and ensures that production meets scheduled requirements. Responsible to oversee the coordination with other Toppan Merrill production facilities, in order to optimize internal resources and meet all client requirements. The Director will be expected to drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operations area. Meeting all client SLA's is a critical responsibility of this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing procedures and guidelines for all daily activities within the production operation.


• Responsible for quality and cost within theproduction operation and meeting production targets.


• Evaluate new equipment/processes that improve profitability and reduces cost and make recommendations to management regarding improvements.


• Responsible for establishing budgets, equipment justifications/ROI's, managing department expenses.


• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills


• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills


• Responsible for managing and cultivating effective and positive relationships within the team by utilizing good leadership skills.


• Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner


• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Education

• Bachelors Degreeor equivalent of education/experience (preferred)

Experience

• 8 years of supervisory experience
