Job Description:

The BD Account Executive at T-Rex Solutions is responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business in the Healthcare and Federal Civilian Market.


Duties:



  • BD Account Executive with strengths in Healthcare and other Federal Civilian agencies.

  • Client facing, focusing on lead generation and opportunity qualification.

  • Conducts analysis of competitive and industry trends to identify new vehicles, opportunity pipeline and partnerships.

  • Works with capture resources to develop the overall win strategy and performs associated opportunity marketing.

  • Maintains an accurate pipeline and can present opportunities for the management team to make effective and timely decisions.

  • Lead task order responses in conjunction with technical and proposal resources.


Requirements:



  • A track record of winning new business.

  • Relationships with clients and partners in the target agencies (HHS, VA)

  • Technical prowess to understand and communicate the T-Rex value proposition.

  • Ability to build relationships with new clients and partners to accelerate growth.

  • Drive to meet new people, a thirst for understanding their environment, and the interpersonal skills to be an active listener who asks probing and relevant questions to shape opportunities.

  • Ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.


Desired Skills:



  • Knowledge of Healthcare agencies (HHS, VA)

  • Knowledge of cloud, cyber and/or Agile Development practices.

  • Knowledge of IT Modernization missions and technology platforms.
