General Purpose:

Leads and manages cross-functional HW project. Participates in drafting the overall schedule for a platform including SW. Responsible for design, integration and delivery of HW to multiple teams and setting priorities for HW teams.

Main Responsibility Areas:

Leads and manages HW project that may span across multiple disciplines/teams. Plans and organizes HW project development schedule, build schedule and delivery of HW to multiple teams. Must be able to problem solve on a daily basis and set priorities across teams. Must provide regular status updates to overall project manager highlighting any potential risk areas so preventative actions can be taken.

Job Description:

Candidate will be assigned as project manager for hardware product development. Must have prior experience of hardware development. Candidate will also be required to support related project RF design activities by participating in design reviews, technical information exchange sessions. Candidate may be required to work in close cooperation with subcontractors for related product development.

Additional Information:

BSEE or MS in Electrical Engineering or Physics with coursework in RF or Microwave technology

- Previous project/program/Team management experience preferred

-Knowledgeable in RF Circuit Design and Signal processing techniques

-Excellent theoretical and practical understanding of RF Engineering and general principles, including digital modulation and demodulation.

-Adept in development of RF performance specifications and test methodology

-Experienced in RF circuit analysis and signal processing algorithms, and use of common RF simulation tools (HP ADS, APLAC preferred)

- Proven track record - previous involvement in successful product development programs is a definite plus

Personal Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Technical leadership potential is a plus

Should be a good planner and organizer

Adept Problem Solver

Some International travelling will be required.
