Under minimal supervision, this position plans and executes digital product strategy, technology/product development, technology and/or product support and/or customer engagement strategies in support of the company's product and service portfolio. Conduct market and competitive analysis, product analysis, digital industry and customer research to create and optimize the customer experience. Partner with cross-functional teams to define, implement and launch market-leading, customer-centric products or programs. Provide subject matter expertise to support strategic priorities. Maintains expertise on products and technologies through training and research and uses that training to drive and/or implement best practices and foster continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related business discipline. Five (5) years experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product marketing, management, or technology support. Strong ability to understand business and customer needs, customer/user experience management, product analysis and technology capabilities. Technical acumen. Strong collaboration, communications and analytical skills. A directly related Master's Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Position Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to enterprise localization/translation practice in support of global marketing strategies.
* Implement and manage the full spectrum of existing and proposed localization and translation technology stack components.
* Lead the development of the long-term localization strategy including technology roadmap, standard localization procedures, internationalization rollout, and resources needed to be a digital leader in enterprise localization.
* Quickly identify, assess and resolve issues with end-to-end translation technologies to ensure global translation capabilities remain available to internal customers.
* Manage localization and translation vendors, on-site and off-site.
* Develop strategy and implementation plan for Machine Translation integration into the localization technology suite, including building a supporting business case.
* Collect, measure and analyze translation performance data and provide recommendations for continuous program improvements.
* Provide leadership to translation program managers.
* Work effectively with executive management and create and deliver executive-level presentations.

Skills considered a plus:
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve a variety of technology/process problems with minimal assistance
* Ability to read code and be familiar with different programming languages
* Knowledge and experience with localization and computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools
* Familiarity with a variety of publishing and editing software (InDesign, FinalCut, Photoshop, Office Suite, etc.)
* Solid understanding of content management systems and web technologies
* Acute attention to detail
* Fluency in more than one language
* Love of experimentation, problem solving, exploration of new technology, and a growth mind-set
* Contract and budget management
* Innovative, results-oriented, self-starter capable of coordinating numerous projects simultaneously in a fast-paced team environment
* SAFe Agile experience, training and certifications
* Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills with ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization
* Excellent executive presentation skills
* Consistent use of Quality Driven Management in all aspects of work
* Excellent project management skills
