The ideal candidate for the Feeder Dispatch Associate should be familiar with HFCS and YC functionality as well as TFCS. The candidate will need to have an understanding of general office procedures. Additionally, the candidate will need to have the ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate level problems, multi-task, as well as basic computer knowledge, time management, and organizational skills.
The Feeder Dispatch Associate may be responsible for:
General office duties, i.e. answering multiple phone lines, data entry, etc.
Assist drivers with maps, supplies, trailer numbers, etc
Assist drivers with recovering loads from the rail yards and moving loads to rail yards and local facilities
Work in a fast pace environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Update daily driver dispatch logs
Interact with TDP Customers
All other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Hours:
Tuesday through Friday 8:00 am - 04:00 pm Saturday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (these hours are subject to change to assist with vacation coverage or to meet the needs of the department)
