The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a GTS Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Aiding in the design, creation, and documentation of SAP GTS applications and functionality in support of Supply Chain functions in 3M businesses and subsidiaries from Blueprinting to Deployment.


• Supporting deployment work such as configuration, FD design, process standardization, training and go live support.


• Determining the process design, development, and implementation of strategic solutions.


• Using Agile methodology and scrum processes (using Jira) as a team member and coordinating cross-functional team collaboration.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Currently possess or in the final year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Currently possess or in the final year of pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution


• Current cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale


• Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills to objectively understand an issue and negotiate a resolution

Travel: May include up to 25% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
