Job Description

The Content Curator position is responsible for developing the content strategy, enforcing content maintenance and lifecycle processes, and driving key content initiatives that will impact customer success. This person will work across business units to ensure consistency in message, brevity, accuracy and purpose in all aspects of our technical content. He/she will rely heavily on data to determine which content needs to created, updated, archived, or removed and work with stakeholders and subject matter experts, including PMMs, TSEs, PSEs, Technical Writers, and others to accomplish this task. Once fully trained in this position, this person will be the authority, and have full responsibility for technical content performance in their portfolio measured against specific KPIs.
