A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
The Post Close Coordinator I is responsible for receiving and processing inbound closed loan files and other related documentation. During the processing of these documents the Post Close Coordinator 1 will review and stack files per client requirements, complete data entry and prepare outbound shipments.
Primary Accountabilities


  • Inbound Mail Prep

    • Log packages received in for post-closing and missing documents.

    • Stack loan according to client specific checklist.

    • Print applicable documents or pages needed according to checklist


  • Trailing Document Processing

    • Review trailing doc report and e-mails daily to get information to correct missing and incorrect document information.


  • Outbound Shipments

    • Complete transmittal and forward documents to investor.

    • Send package to applicable client


  • Imaging

    • Scan and image documents.


  • Data Entry Updates

    • Updates to BPM for inbound data and processing information

    • Update OPUS for Collateral Management


  • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Required:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of credit application, Credit reports, and mortgage application documents including compliance - basic

  • Knowledge of mortgage operations - basic

  • Proficiency within Microsoft Office Word & Excel

  • Organizational skills with attention to detail - proficient

  • Phone etiquette & communication skills, both verbal and written - intermediate

  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines

  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision, work on multiple projects at once, establish work priorities, and manage time in order to meet deadlines and goals.

Education and Experience
Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • 2 years of general clerical, administrative or mortgage experience

Language Ability
Ability to read/comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one/small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Ability
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, fundamentals of plane, and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

  • Base Pay: $30,000-$57,000 annually
