Software Engineering - Acceleration Execution Lead at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Tampa, Florida

Job Description:

As an acceleration lead for managed acceleration you will be at the forefront of delivering modernization into global technology. Through strong partnerships with product and platform owners and with consuming LOB demand you will be able to lead and navigate sustained change into global technology.

Your solid understanding of how to incrementally deliver change and create feedback mechanisms for continual improvement will be a strong foundation for your role. You will have a solid understanding of outcome versus output driven change approaches and tie these into how to design, structure and deliver campaign cycles of execution.

You will have had experience in full program lifecycle delivery and would have delivered both with a project delivery team as well as influencing change through matrixed partnerships. You will be comfortable in both structures and have had experience working directly with a broad range of stakeholders including engineering teams, application owners and engineering and architecture leadership.

A strong skill set that you will have will be a customer focus, knowing how to ground stakeholders to a common goal and be able to incrementally deliver outcomes. As a leadership role you will be looked upon to mitigate risks, issues and dependencies in an optimal and timely manner working through partnerships and establishing new sustained ones as your proceed in your role. Your experience of communicating across levels, regions and LOB groups will put you in a good position to adapt and change as required and bring a cohort along with you.

User experience for any change that you deliver. You will be active in leading change by sitting with product and platform owners, LOB adopters and the managed acceleration team to understand feedback; driving this back into your strategy for change execution and transformation. You will be able to work alongside influencers, champions and detractors of your campaigns and know how to structure different approaches as necessary for a common outcome.

You will be comfortable leading without a direct team and will not be expected to create a broad group to manage directly. It will be your ability to understand and create partnerships in the organization that will make you successful. Ambiguity will not be a hindrance for you and you will also determine the right incremental steps to take in order to deliver enrichment of change to technology versus creating spikes of change for short term gain.

Product and platform providers alongside consumer LOB groups will see you as a trusted change partner and will work with you to create scale up strategies for product and platform consumption.
