Job Description:

You will lead the Social Services Department team and you will ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the residents are met and maintained. You will also work closely with other team members in the facility and with residents and their families.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is required; focus in Social Work or Healthcare Administration is strongly desired. Recent experience in a Social Services role in a nursing home / hospital setting or some other Social Worker role is desired. Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent communication and customer services skills required. Strong computer skills are required due to this facility working solely in an Electronic Medical Records environment.
