We are looking for smart, dynamic talent to join the Sapphire team and help deliver on our product vision. The successful candidate for this role must be able to build and leverage cross functional relationships to drive meaningful value and experiences for our customers, and effectively deliver and execute on key product initiatives and strategies, with an operational yet customer-focused lens.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross functional working teams in order to deliver on our Sapphire product roadmap and implement relevant product benefits
Partner with Technology and CAO on product requirements and implementation for build and enhancements
Manage project plan execution around product launches and refreshes, championing the project and defining success criteria
Serve as a key leader and champion of ongoing product and servicing optimization across the Sapphire portfolio
Support development of our portfolio strategy through industry awareness and competitive insights, market research studies, and customer segmentation and behavior analysis
Understand P&L and economics of products to inform benefits, features, and pricing
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience in product management within a financial services and / or payments industry; preference for experience in an agile tech environment
Pro-active, action-oriented and results driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives and deliverables at the same time
Outstanding relationship management skills and ability to thrive in a highly matrixed Company structure
Demonstrated strong cross-functional tech / product owner leadership, influencing and creative problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across varying seniority levels internally and externally
Ability to work successfully in an agile environment with competing priorities
BS degree or equivalent experience required
