Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Transformation team is a group of internal consultants that execute key business transformations and advances the Firm's Marketing division towards a state of operational excellence. Our mission is to improve end-to-end processes, improve the customer experience, increase employee engagement, decrease risks, yield financial benefits, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking a Performance Improvement Associate to consult on strategic improvement efforts through execution of current state assessments, quantitative analyses, and ideal future state designs.

Our Associates are great teammates, have high emotional intelligence, strong influencing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a part of the team, you will work closely with the Performance Improvement Manager to study, learn, and analyze complex process challenges, identify root causes, and design innovative solutions to close performance gaps.

Specifically, you will:


  • Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve business problems
  • Analyze large quantity of data, apply a range of analytical tools, synthesize insights, and support the development of strategic solutions
  • Perform competitor and industry research
  • Work with Performance Improvement Manager to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Influence, design, and develop tactical process improvement plans
  • Lead workstreams and team members
  • Take ownership of Continuous Improvement opportunities within the team
  • Be a recognized culture carrier who performs with consistency, integrity, and humility

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement experience
  • Demonstrated experience in lean deployment, process improvement, or re-engineering efforts
  • Flexibility to work effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels
  • Experienced presenter with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Avid-learner who is genuinely curious and committed to developing new skills
  • Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision
  • Expert skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
  • 3+ years Consulting experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Change Management Principles, Organization Design, or Strategic engagements
  • Experience in business analysis of IT systems
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, or similar systems
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • Experience in the financial services industry
