Digital Product Analyst, Sr. Associate - Lending Account Opening at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Wilmington, Delaware

Job Description:

The Senior Associate Product Manager will be part of the Lending Area Product Group which is comprised of Small Business, Auto & Home Lending products. This position will be aligned to the Small Business Lending Product team, which leads the development of Digital applications for traditional lending products such as lines of credit in addition to crisis lending as a result of the pandemic, namely the SBA Payroll Protection Program.This candidate with be responsible for certain parts of the product suite and application experience, partnering with Product Owners across multiple functional areas within and beyond Account Opening. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product and project management skillset. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical skills and technical aptitude, as well as a passion for digital and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

This role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Collaborates with product managers on the creation of a product strategy and vision

• Manages and refines product backlog items to drive value in accordance with business stakeholder priorities - including jira management

• Oversees development team utilization of sprints against planned sprint cycles

• Drives commitment for critical dependencies - including facilitating elaboration sessions, helping to secure resources, ensuring sprint alignment, etc

• Maintain an ongoing deep knowledge and documentation of customer and user experience journeys

• Identify, coordinate and sequence dependencies on other product teams

• Helps remove impediments for the team

• Engages with and validates features to ensure client/customer and user problems are solved - including partnering with technology, design, and analytics

• Respects, values and promotes diversity and inclusion

• Manages key relationships and communications with stakeholders

• Participate and facilitate meetings as required

• Act as a strategic partner to product managers across the team

Qualifications:

• Experience with agile product development techniques and practices

• 5+ years of digital product or project management or relevant experience

• Ability to map business processes and identify requirements from those processes

• Experience in defining and building out product roadmap and business models

• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills

• Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team

• BS or MS in Business Management or comparable field of study

• Demonstrable experience working in banking, account opening, online and mobile platforms

• Demonstrated experience in technology project management-

• Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills
