Production Control at Voyant Beauty in Chatsworth, California

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

·Compile and record production data from individual production sheets following approved recording procedures using Excel and Epicor ERP.

·Create production reports based on data compiled from job travelers and production reports.

·Responsible for labor and material reconciliation coordinating with material handlers and line leads variance analysis.Make any necessary labor adjustments.

·Accumulate all necessary documentation to complete job traveler packet.

·Reconcile daily hours consumed and hours billed coordinating with Temporary agency.

·Issue any batch adjustments to compounding job based on appropriate documentation with traveler.

·Post and complete compounding, screening, pre-labeling and finished goods jobs after they are reconciled.

·Communicates jobs and inventory status with warehouse and Account Management.

·Coordinate with Micro Department and Shipping department to ensure job travelers are delivered timely.

·Report all job shortages, and research "root cause".

·Maintain historical files ensuring easy access for future use.

·Other responsibilities or projects as assigned by Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

·High School Diploma or GED preferred.

·Ability to do basic math which includes but is not limited to additions, subtraction, division, multiplication, and calculating percentages.

·Familiar with packaging or filling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

·Flexibility to work O.T. when necessary, including Saturday and Sunday.

·Must follow all company policies and procedures.
