Job Description:

HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities·        Assists with implementation of life and disability benefit harmonization·        Review life and disability certificates for accuracy·        Will utilize the Workday HRIS system and third party administrator portal to manage day to day leaves for STD, LTD, FML, and other leaves·        Identify possible trends of quality and timeliness concerns related to day to day leave management·        Assist with state mandated leave review·        Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects·        Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements·        Human Resources Management or Business major·        Some experience in an office environment preferred·        Experience with Microsoft Office Suite·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment·        Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency Benefits·        Develop experience working with new benefit plan implementation·        Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment·        Work side-by-side with highly experienced HR/Benefits individuals·        Compensation available
