Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you'll support our Nutrition business. You'll:
•Perform daily payroll department operations for U.S. based companies •Manage data workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely (new hires, terminations, salary increases, ad hoc payments, etc.) •Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports •Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits •Process correct garnishment calculations and ensure compliance •Execute eTime time and attendance processing and interface with payroll •Process accurate and timely year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c, etc) •Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed •Load import files received from HR •Research issues and communicate with HR, Benefits, Compensation etc on resolution

•Strong knowledge of ADP Payforce systems, including report writing (essential) •End-to-end payroll experience •Up-to-date knowledge of U.S Payroll, Wage and Hour, and ACA legislation and regulations •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Payroll best practices •Ability to self-manage and handle high-volume work •Proficient in MS Office Suite •Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality •Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail •Excellent communication skills •Must be proficient in math
