Job Summary

As part of the Business Development organization, this person is responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple functional groups and manages stakeholders' needs.

Research and analyze customer ecosystems that exist or can be created with Equinix products and services. This includes how customers use Data Center products and services at Equinix and competitive offerings to understand the landscape, business value chain, and business relationships to surface the creation of new ecosystems or expansion and refinement of those that are existing.

Responsibilities

·       Analysis & Planning: Research, analysis and plans through collaboration across functional teams to create business cases and independently collate project plans with an appropriate planning tool

·       Stakeholder Management: Maps out stakeholder lists, consult on stakeholder requirements and pro-actively manage stakeholders needs and seek feedback escalating only to resolve complex stakeholder issues

·       Communications: Recommends and agrees the level of communications appropriate for the project/program being delivered across functions with key stakeholders

·       Risk Management: Captures risks and proactively puts plans in place to mitigate exposure to risks

·       Project/Program Delivery: Responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple functional groups

·       Resource Management (people, finances etc.): Produces resource/cost plans and estimates and tracks costs to plan, and manages changes to plans

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience in business development, and/or management consulting


• Bachelor's Degree required


• Based in the US Eastern time zone


• Cross-product experience


• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills


• Tableau and data visualization, data and analytics


• Experience working with a global team


• Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the FinServ industry, including trading, payments, etc. is highly preferred


• Experience in Data Center, Interconnectivity, Co-location, and Cloud Infrastructure preferred


• MBA preferred

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $80k - $108 per year with a  15% bonus target.
