Your new role Our client is looking for a season superintendent with multifamily experience. They are looking to hire superintendents of all experience levels that wants to be part of a young growing team. Some responsibilities may include managing site based activities including safety management, coordinating sub-contractors, budgeting, working directly with clients and solving site based problems daily.
What you'll need to succeed You must have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the multifamily sector as a commercial construction supervisor either working as a superintendent or an assistant superintendent and a proven background within the commercial construction. You will have exceptional communication skills, strong leadership and the ability to multi task.
