Job Summary: Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Coordinator Tradeshow & Events to support our Intrado Life and Safety Business Segment. This role will provide support for all the trade shows, exhibitions and event planning for the Life and Safety Segment (Healthcare Notifications specially). This will include planning, design and production of trade shows and key industry events, customer events, road shows and virtual events. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build and execute a variety of events in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales and service teams), from creative concepting to booth development/booth build/logistics management through to event reporting/post event readouts.
Serve as point of contact for all related tradeshows and events including supporting and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders
Develops annual trade show plan to promote company presence at key industry trade shows/events and develops individual plans for each trade show/event [including goals, objectives, budget, and measurement vehicles] to ensure a return on investment.
Manage onsite logistics for select events-setup, teardown, catering, vendor and supplier coordination, shipping and receiving, etc. (Note: Candidates must be willing and able to work outside of normal business hours several times per year.)
Review exhibitor guidelines, assist with booth selection, installation and reconfiguration as necessary
Budget management - Maintain various reports to track actual expenditures by event and archive exhibit photos and documentation
Conduct post-event analysis in collaboration with Marketing colleagues to track event success and ROI
Provide management with feedback regarding the outcome of the event
Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The pay range for this position is anticipated to be $50-60k for employees located in Colorado Benefits

Associates degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Marketing or related field. Equivalent work experience in similar field can be substituted for education. Experience
Minimum two years of increasingly responsible experience in direct event/tradeshow exhibitor experience.
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
