SUMMARY

The Program Engineer understand the entire process of installing a visual system and is be able to efficiently direct the installation of a visual system

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering preferred) plus 2 years related technical experience or 10 years related technical experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Supports program management program coordination events with key internal and external stakeholders in execution of the program

Coordinates creation and development of system related configuration elements including system scripts necessary for establishing a configuration baseline meeting contractual requirements

Prepares, review, and completes through appropriate configuration management system all specific system documentation and deliverable data items

Participates with system engineering to derive and define the system configuration.

Participates with Quality Assurance, Operations, and FlightSafety organizations during in-house system validation and PCA processes ensuring program contractual obligations are met for each program deliverable

Plans and verifies all site related logistics. Validates required material handling, scaffolding, tools, unique test equipment, and support material / spares required are available on-site when needed and return of same

Coordinates on-site activities

Provides technical assistance to internal, on-site personnel, and customer

Leads all on-site ATP and PCA activities with Customers and supports all on-site Government or customer specific testing

Extensive World-wide Travel required.
