Position Description/Overview:


Press Ganey is looking for a marketing analytics manager to help us take our analytics capabilities to the next level, and help with our mission to help hospitals make the patient experience better and safer. An ideal candidate is an outside the box thinker who can implement and integrate various analytics tools, but also use them to drive meaningful insights and recommendations. We are looking for someone with both marketing ops and marketing analytics experience. Someone who has conducted A/B testing experiments using tools like Optimizely, but who has also implemented and managed Optimizely. Someone who is a systems admin, yet also understands m arketing across the funnel and various channels. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground level of a marketing team with tons of opportunity to grow, while helping to improve our healthcare system. This role will be remote.


Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 5 years of work experience in marketing analytics, acquisition marketing, and/or growth marketing/hacking.

  • Experience in multivariate and A/B testing, marketing attribution modeling, customer segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing effectiveness

  • Knows how to use SQL for querying databases

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Eloqua or similar web analytics, marketing automation, web optimization, or data management platforms

  • Understands tag management and implementation of tags to properly track user behavior

  • Previous experience using Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Ads, and other ad platforms

  • Experience with Domo or similar data visualization tools
