About the Role


You will be part of our Mortgage Customer Service Experience, where you will be the business analyst expert and liaison for the business line. You will be identifying, creating, maintaining, analyzing, and communicating key performance metrics and trends critical to managing the Mortgage group's operational performance and risks.

What You Can Expect


As a Mortgage Business Intelligence Analyst, you will oversee workforce management for mortgage servicing contact centers.

You will identify key performance metrics related to production, loan quality, performance management, and other business objectives to recommend optimal reporting solutions.

You'll be working independently within a collaborative team culture and will assist with making decisions for training, gap processes and scheduling. You will be a part of ensuring loan servicing runs efficiently and smoothly.

How You'll Spend Your Time



  • You will develop a thorough understanding of the supported units' information needs through interviews with users, observation of day-to-day operations, and review of existing reporting solutions/processes.

  • You will develop new reporting tools using Excel and other SQL applications to monitor business performance and inform senior management to aid in decision making.

  • You will be working with WorkForce Management (scheduling, reporting and trending) for all three mortgage servicing Contact Centers.

  • You will communicate performance metrics and trends, elevating the business leaders' attention when critical performance metrics are underperforming/underachieving.

  • You will work to automate core management reporting and support routine reporting across all business lines.

FOSTERING TEAMWORK: Your ability to listen, collaborate, respond, coach, and provide constructive feedback will set your team up for success.

Education & Experience Requirements


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years related experience, or 10-12 years of work related experience. Mortgage experience is helpful, but not required.
