About the Role


Your strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and attention to detail will set you up for success. You will be the representative to help solve delinquent mortgage issues and align those issues with regulatory requirements.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls in your portfolio each day in both English and Spanish. You will follow the defined processes and procedures to help resolve delinquencies and problem solve to help our customers with solutions and options. You will draw on your knowledge of regulatory requirements and take a solution oriented approach to support the bank and our customers.

You will use your strong communication and problem solving abilities to inform customers of their options on a daily basis. You will need to have attention to detail and be productive in a high volume environment. You will be empowered to make decisions and offer solutions that help the customers and the bank. You will work closely with your team to handle all the daily tasks and requirements and have a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.

How You'll Spend Your Time



  • You will have both inbound and outbound call responsibilities each day on your defined customer list.

  • You will develop your own strategy around effective calling campaigns and resolutions.

  • You will be given the tools you need to succeed and support our customers while making a direct impact every day.

  • You will work closely with your team and manager to develop solutions and remedy delinquency matters.

Education & Experience Requirements


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3-5 years of high volume collections experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior directly related experience in Mortgage Collections using Mortgage Servicing Platform is preferred.Must meet minimum language fluency requirement in designated language.
