Job Description:

This position is a Direct Sales / Customer-facing role as a seasoned sales leader with leadership experience, responsible for directing and planning strategic account operations, supervising and developing strategic account team members and leading the business in achieving revenue attainment goals. The Mobility Sales Manager leads a team of Mobility Sellers in pursuing share in low-share accounts with strong competitor presence, while maintaining / growing share in existing accounts. The Mobility Sales Manager is responsible for developing new relationships with customer’s senior leadership with the goal of establishing oneself as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the customer. This consultative leadership position requires a high-level understanding of the customer’s business, an ability to identify key industry trends, and a drive to hunt for new business while maintaining share. The Mobility Sales Manager is responsible for a group of Mobility Sellers aligned to assigned accounts.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
•    Aggressively pursues new opportunities in low-share accounts and maintains share in existing accounts.
•    Develops comprehensive strategy and roadmap for assigned accounts in collaboration with the overall integrated account owner
•    Emphasizes AT&T strengths and differentiators in solution-selling sales approach
•    Handles account planning, forecasting with support from Mobility CSE, AM, and IMC
•    Collaborates with SCVPs on brainstorming ways to grow share / hold share
•    Performs strategic account management, account maintenance and development
•    Cultivates existing and develops new relationships with key senior level clients
•    Manages an existing Mobility revenue base, within assigned accounts, focusing on growing share / holding share and advancing the business in key growth focus areas
•    Apply vision, innovation, and best practice in order to create and deliver solutions in the AT&T Mobility portfolio
•    Focuses on an account specific comprehensive set of objectives to achieve assigned sales and revenue objectives
•    Positions oneself to be viewed strategic partner and trusted advisor by customer
•    Understands customer business and financial needs and key industry trends in order to identify strategic opportunities. Visit major client locations
•    Attends industry forums and conferences to understand customer needs and dynamics
•    Invites customer to meetings and key events with senior AT&T executives in collaboration with the overall integrated account owner
•    Leads and quarterbacks Mobility sales team
•    Ensures high customer satisfaction and act as the ultimate customer advocate
•    Provides resolution for unique and highly complex problems
•    Leads proposal development and internal and external negotiations discussions

Qualifications:
•    8 to 10 years of outside sales experience
•    1 year of management responsibility
•    Demonstrated success in selling Mobility solutions   
•    End to End Solution Sales Experience.  Broad understanding of IT planning, architecture and operations.   
•    Mobility Solutions Sales
•    Excellent customer interface skills including excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to successfully manage multiple projects and escalations

Required Qualifications:
•    Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
•    Current auto insurance
•    Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market
