About the Opportunity

National IT Client Services' Treasury Services Division (TSD) has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst at the Experienced level, reporting to the AVP- TSD Program & Project Management.

As the Business Analyst, you will provide documentation, research, analysis, and ad hoc reporting to help develop recommendations that will solve problems and issues related to business operations and aid in the execution of recommended solutions, and provide guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective processes and procedures that meet requirements. You will support project coordination, provide consultation to clients, colleagues, and management, and participate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

What You Will Do:


  • Perform complex analysis of business issues utilizing established methodology and tools.

  • Work with clients and other resources to assess current capabilities, identify customer needs, establish requirements, and recommend business process improvements.

  • Provide support and collaboration in completing analysis, ad-hoc reports, information or process mapping, and alignment of business and related resources.

  • Actively participate in process improvement and solution discussions and may present outcomes to senior management.

  • Develop and design new business processes and the elaboration of existing business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of related experience.

  • Experience working with Tableau, Jira, or Confluence preferred.

  • Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to all audiences.

  • The Richmond, VA hiring range for the Business Analyst- Experienced is $58,600 - $73,200 annually.

  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience. For candidates outside of Richmond, VA, the listed salary range may be adjusted for your geographic location.
