Analyst - ETF Operations at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Specific Responsibilities Include:

- Managing the settlement of Primary and Secondary Market ETF order and trading activity

- Building relationships with J.P. Morgan's ETF Clients and Internal Service Partners

- Research client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activities

- Work through settlement discrepancies with brokers in the US and across the world

- Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics

- Manage incoming/outgoing collateral on ETF orders

- Perform failed trade reporting and resolutions as necessary

- Monitor incoming cash receipts on ETF orders

- Support new business initiatives for the department

Qualifications

- Essential Skills and Criteria:

Experience:

- 0-3 years previous experience in Financial Services Industry, specifically market settlements

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
