Feed Department Manager - Southeast KS
One of Land O' Lakes Member Owner Agriculture Retailers is seeking a Feed Department Manager to join and grow with their organization. This individual will be responsible for the management of all mill operations, personnel, and inventory as well as overall profitability and operation of the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises employees in the Feed Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training employees, planning assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and solving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Exhibits sufficient computer technology skills.
