The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in leading brand development among international target audiences & for Cross-Border (CB) - including B2C and C2C customers. Sitting in the U.S., this role will play a key part in building strong brand awareness and equity via customer activation, buzz building and brand equity building. This role will also work closely with the China "Power of 1" team to export portfolio expansion opportunities. It involves the introduction of new brands via cross-border, and in medium- to long-term paves the way for full-fledged brand launch in overseas markets driving from the sourcing country. You'll:
•Lead new brand/product launch success based on consumer/CB shopper insights, working closely with cross-functional teams •Create strong communication content for C2C channel and for CB (Cross Border) customers with local agencies •Build solid customer activation plan to drive sustainable growth and nurture trustworthy customer relationships •Drive integrated activation plans in source country targeting Chinese communities, daigous and consumers •Conduct portfolio sales analysis, PnL analysis, activation ROI and KPIs delivery, monthly dashboard update and CRM database
