Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

The Manufacturing Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role, you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and affect short-term and long-term business goals.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing lean-manufacturing principles and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs and increase capacity


• Leading high impact process and quality improvement projects yielding significant reduction in defects and increased productivity.


• Supporting HSE projects throughout the entire facility.


• Driving Process Improvement / Cycle Reduction initiatives and drive productivity improvements via process changes or improvements


• Identifying and reducing sources of labor efficiency variations, identify and reduce product quality issues caused by process variation


• Supporting the quality function through integration of ISO/QC documentation and Manufacturing methods Instructions


• Utilizing lean-manufacturing principles and participate in action workouts to improve process capability, reduce overall costs and increase capacity

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and working experience in a manufacturing or operations environment


• Have working experience in manufacturing or operations


• Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications


• Have mechanical design ability


• Knowledge/understanding and implementation of principles
